Interested On Commissioning Me?

Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

Payment

- I only accept payments through PayPal via Ko-fi.
- Payment may be made before I begin or after the model is completed, as agreed
- Commissions that have been paid in advance will be prioritized over unpaid commissions.

Work Process

- I will provide progress updates through Discord.
- Once a model is approximately 50% complete, only minor changes can be requested. Major design changes or revisions after this point may be declined or require an additional fee.

Refunds & Cancellations

- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- If you cancel before I start, a refund may be issued.
- If you cancel after work has started, the refund will depend on how much work has already been completed.
- Delays caused by waiting for your feedback or information may extend the completion time.

Chargebacks & PayPal Disputes

- Please contact me first if there is an issue with your payment or commission.
- Do not file a PayPal dispute or chargeback without contacting me first.
- If a dispute occurs, I may provide PayPal with our messages, payment records, progress updates, and delivered files as proof of the transaction.
- If payment is reversed after delivery, use of the unpaid asset may be suspended until the payment is resolved.

Ownership & Credit

- Once the commission has been fully paid for, you may use, modify, or retexture the commissioned asset.
- You are free to use, modify, or retexture the asset.
- However, you may not remove my credit as the original creator, even if the asset has been edited or repurposed.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
